Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Final Sale

  • All items purchased during the Black Friday sale period are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Please utilise sizing resources, product descriptions, or reach out to our team for product advice to help you make the most informed decision before purchase.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be facilitated post-sale for sizing issues only and are subject to product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • Size exchanges will be sent via standard post only.
  • If the requested size is not available, a store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

3. Sale Duration

The Black Friday sale runs from 10:00 AM AEDT, Tuesday, 19 November 2024, to 11:59 PM AEDT, Monday, 2 December 2024. Discounts, bundles, and gifts with purchase are only available during this period and are subject to availability.

4. Shipping Times

  • We will aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders during the sale, dispatch within our usual 24-48 hour timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
  • Delivery delays may occur with our carrier, Australia Post, given the busy season.
  • We recommend selecting Express Delivery at checkout and allowing extra time for delivery.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that do not arrive in time.

5. Bundle Deals

  • Each bundle is treated as a single product. To apply the discount, you must shop through the bundled product and add it to your cart from the bundle page. Discounts will automatically apply.
  • Bundle deals are available for selected styles included in the bundle product.
  • Bundles cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes.
  • Bundle promotions are valid only during the specified sale period and are subject to change without notice.

6. Discount Codes

  • Sale prices are as marked; no additional discount codes are required.
  • Other discount codes or offers, including the 10% WELCOME10 and 15% SOCKS15 newsletter sign-up discounts, cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale. These codes are valid only on full-priced items.

7. Gift With Purchase

Gift items are based on the order total:

  • Orders over $50: Free Coloured Zinc Stick (valued at $5.95)
  • Orders over $70: Free Swim Socks Beach Ball (valued at $12.95)
  • Orders over $90: Free Mesh Carry Bag (valued at $14.95)
    Gift with Purchase offers are subject to availability.

8. Orders Outside the Sale Period

  • We are unable to offer price matches on past orders, regardless of how recently they were placed.
  • The Black Friday Sale prices are valid only for new orders placed during the specified sale period.
  • Sale prices will not be honoured after the sale ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 2 December 2024.

9. Additional Conditions

  • Swim Socks reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
  • Offers are valid only while stocks last.
