OUR WEBSITE SERVICES

Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

Not all products are held as stock. If a product is out of stock your order will be placed on back order and you will be provided with a indicative timeframe for dispatch. At time products are discontinued without notice.

While we make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. 

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from our website at any time. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.

In the event that we can not complete your order we will provide a full refund by the same method as the payment was received.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Product information is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. 

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour.

PRICES

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current and reserve the right to amend our prices as any time.

BUNDLE DEALS

Each bundle is it's own product. In order for the discount to apply, you must shop through the bundled product and add to cart from the bundle product. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart.

Each bundle deal applies to selected styles available in the bundle product.

Bundle promotions and deals last for a given period and are subject to change without notice.

Our bundle deals are unable to be used in conjunct with any other promotion or discount code.

A partial return from a bundle deal for a Refund or Credit will remove the original discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match that.
